Lumen Loft Lighting

Capabilities

What we do.

Every project is different — here's what we bring to the table.

Moving Heads & Washes

Typical pricing: Rig quotes from $8,000 for 300-pax theatrical show

Our moving light inventory is the core of every theatrical rig:

  • GLP JDC1 hybrids — combination strobe, wash, and beam in one fixture. The workhorse of our rig.
  • Robe BMFL Spots — high-output long-throw spotlights for feature lighting and beam work
  • Chauvet Rogue R2X washes — RGBW LED washes for color-mixing, ambient, and brand-color moments
  • Color mixing: Full CMY/RGB on all moving head profiles; we match Pantone/hex on request
  • Control: MA3 console; we bring a console operator for all live shows

We typically carry 40–80 fixtures to a show depending on venue size and creative brief. Full lighting design + programming included for shows confirmed 30+ days out.

Gobos & Pattern Work

Typical pricing: Custom gobos from $200/set

Gobos are how you texture a room and make a brand reveal land:

  • Custom gobo manufacturing: Logo gobos, pattern gobos, text gobos — glass or steel, produced in-house in 5–7 business days
  • Breakup patterns: Foliage, abstract, architectural — we have an extensive gobo library
  • Aerial projection: Pattern work through haze for sculptural lighting effects
  • Brand reveal gobos: Timed to music or a scripted cue; programmed to timecode for product launches

We include gobo recommendations in the free design consultation for confirmed shows.

Atmospheric Effects

Typical pricing: Atmospheric add-ons from $800

Atmospheric effects are what separates a show that looks like lighting from one that looks like a production:

  • Haze: MDG TheONE and Jem Glaciator — theatrical haze for beam definition and aerial texture. We manage haze levels to keep beam visibility high without triggering smoke detectors.
  • Fog: Low-lying ground fog for dramatic entrances and stage moments
  • CO2 jets: High-velocity burst jets for energy moments, stage reveals, countdown finishes
  • Confetti cannons: Manual and remote-trigger; biodegradable paper options available

For all atmospheric effects, we handle the fire marshal permit application, the pre-event sprinkler head bag-off (if required), and the detector suppression documentation. This is not an add-on — it’s standard for any show using atmospheric effects with us.

Video Walls

Typical pricing: Video wall packages from $4,500 (10x6ft)

We carry a modular LED tile video wall system for events that need video content as part of the lighting design — not as a replacement for projection.

Our system:

  • 1.9mm pixel pitch LED tiles (same pitch as The Skybridge at Pioneer Square’s LED wall)
  • Modular: configurable from 8×6ft to 20×12ft panels
  • Processor: Brompton SX40 for color accuracy
  • Content playback: Resolume Arena for reactive and programmed content

Best use cases:

  • Branded backdrop behind a stage (logo loops, brand motion graphics)
  • Atmospheric visuals that change with the music or lighting cues
  • Concert and festival environments where a projector can’t compete with ambient light

Not ideal for: Standard conference presentations (slides, video content for 500+ audience) — a high-lumen projector or purpose-built LED wall like the Skybridge installation is better for that use case. We’ll say so.
