Lighting is what we do. Only what we do.

I'm Yuki Brennan. Lumen Loft started in 2018 as a pure lighting design and rental house in Fremont. We do theatrical and concert lighting — moving heads, washes, gobos, fog, hazer, video walls. That's it. We don't do conference AV, PA systems, or staging. Specialization is the whole point.

Why lighting-only?

Full-service production companies are often okay at lighting and great at AV, or great at lighting and stretched thin on AV. We decided to be exceptional at one thing. The lighting rigs we carry — GLP JDC1 hybrids, Robe moving heads, full haze and CO2 systems — would be cost-prohibitive for a generalist shop to maintain. We maintain them because lighting is everything we do.

Who we pair with

For conference AV, we frequently coordinate with Northstar AV (long-standing partnership) and Cascade Production Group (for large-scale events). We can subcontract to your AV company of choice or subcontract through them. Either way, one of us can be your single point of contact for lighting + AV.

Important: if you're inquiring about a full conference production with PA, projection, and lighting — we're the lighting piece, not the whole package. Tell us what AV company you're considering and we'll coordinate or recommend accordingly.
